- Affirming right to work eligibility of all existing staff
- Extensive resident labour market testing (RLMT) processes
- Detailed evidence of attempts to recruit UK / EU nationals and settled workers, and evidence of lack of availability
- Creating and installing your Goldstar HR system
- Assisting you with application submission of documents and covering explanation
- Personal attendance to Home Office inspection visit
- Dealing with any pre decision or post decision follow up
