  4. Affirming right to work eligibility of all existing staff
  5. Extensive resident labour market testing (RLMT) processes
  6. Detailed evidence of attempts to recruit UK / EU nationals and settled workers, and evidence of lack of availability
  7. Creating and installing your Goldstar HR system
  8. Assisting you with application submission of documents and covering explanation
  9. Personal attendance to Home Office inspection visit
  10. Dealing with any pre decision or post decision follow up
