Resident Labour Market Testing (RLMT)
Please note in the event of sponsoring an existing Tier 2 (General ) migrant is you must have resident labour market test completed. This involves placing ads in Jobcentre plus and Caterer.com. We can do this for you and provide the necessary interview forms and interview report form. We will give copy of the ads and screenshots, and upon end of 28 days ads duration we will forward you all CV’s received so you can complete RLMT. We will require debit/credit card details to place the media ad. The amount is £180 per ad plus £180 admin charge (inclusive of VAT, Please note a single admin charge covers as many as ads as you wish to place.)

If you have already advertised for RLMT please state jobs titles /salary / hours advertised.

Please also tell us where you have placed the ads, and start and finish dates.

Would you prefer a UK resident or a Tier 2 visa worker ?

If Tier 2 work permit what should minimum time period worker be under this status before being due for PR/ILR?
